Visit Planterra Tropical
Greenhouses and experience botanical splendor. Built in
1946, the 22,000 square foot glass greenhouse complex
is home to Planterra's specimen collection. This is where
Planterra completes the acclimation process of training
tropical foliage to thrive in low-light levels of northern
interiors. Planterra maintains a year-round inventory
of exotic varieties, rare species and unusual specimens
with sculptural characteristics. |

The greenhouses are open to the
public Monday thru Friday 9AM-5PM and are located
at 7315 Drake Rd, (north of 14mile) in West Bloomfield,
Michigan.
